you during an initial consultation.
With REQUEST A SKETCH, I will create a concept plan for your house project before you begin the work, with enough detail
and clarity for you to convey the idea design to your local contractor, get cost estimates for your building
construction or to visualize the transformation of design.
Depending to your building project, the contractor may also be used as a basic to develop construction drawings by the
contractor before start to build your house project.
Once you receive your REQUEST A SKETCH, you can implement the sketch design in different ways, such as a construction
plans for simple home, for home improvement projects or you can use the sketch design as a visualization tool to renovations
that is possible to create your dream home.

style you want. I will create custom design for your new house and provide a cost estimate for construction, or if you are
thinking about a new home and have an idea of what you want it to look like and what the other features you want to be add.

The REQUEST A SKETCH fee will be deducted from my NEW HOUSE PLANS service if you decide you want to order a set full service

If you want to remodel your house and you are not sure where to begin or how much cost it will be. Let the REQUEST A SKETCH
design guides you. Just send me a photo of your house which you want to renovate and written the design program details or
" Wish List " of your needs such as removing a wall to expand your master bedroom, improve entryway, add fountain
on your backyard garden or add a pool. For further I will create a custom design sketch for your remodel house and provide
a cost estimate for construction.
The REQUEST A SKETCH fee will be deducted from my CUSTOM REMODELING PLANS service if you decide you want to order a set full
service design packages for remodeling plans of my architecture design service, after you receive your Request A Sketch Design.
HOW TO START THE REQUEST A SKETCH SERVICE?

I will determine of my service fee on the size of your project.The completion time for my basic design service is usually
within 6 to 8 weeks.
WHAT THE REQUEST A SKETCH DESIGN SERVICE INCLUDES :
As a basic design package for New House Plans and Remodeling, the plans you will be receive of REQUEST A SKETCH design includes
:
* DETAILED FLOOR PLANS
These plans show the layout of each floor of the house. Rooms and interior spaces are carefully dimensioned and keys are given
for House Cross-Section / Building section details will be provided later in the plans,if you decide to continue for full
set design package of my architectural design services.
* EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
These drawings show the Front Elevation, Rear and Sides of your house and give necessary notes on exterior materials and finishes.
Particular attention is given to cornice detail or plaster moulding detail,brick, wood and stone accents or other finish items
that make your house beautiful unique.
* SITE PLAN
Show the placement of house on the property.
* ROOF PLANS
Shows the layout of the roof framing details and materials use.
* PLUMBING PLANS
These plans show the layout of all the plumbing fixtures of the house including sinks, lavatories, bathtubs, showers, toilets,
laundry trays, water heaters, etc. Includes plumbing legend and fixture schedule.
* ELECTRICAL PLANS
These plans show the layout of every electrical switch, lighting, plug and outlet of the house, including electrical legend
and fixture schedule.
