I am realize my business begin and ends with my clients. Because I am personally do all the design work, meeting with the clients, analysis data, create a basic concept design until drawn construction drawings and make cost estimate. In order that my goals to provide you with design ideas that are functional, innovative and comfortable to meet your needs and your satisfaction.
All of my architectural design, including Sketch Design, New House Plans and Remodeling Plans are in full color hand drawn on art paper using drafting machine. I do like this to get an artistic drawing as a combination of Art and Science by use my specialty skills. besides that it looks different from others, something like a revolution in art of architecture design world.
But if you need the all house plans in computer generated, I can provide you of all design drawings in AutoCAD 2007, 3D studio max and Sketch up sofwares.

PAYMENT POLICY

* I provide price in US Dollar per square metres.
The cost of my Request A Sketch design and New House Plans
services is $ 7 USD per square metres.Please note that the total square metres got from amount :
Total square metres area/location + total square metres second floor.

* This price only applied to my Request A Sketch and New House Plans services, not applicable for Remodeling plans.

* My design service fee for Remodeling plans is determined by the size and complexity of your project.

* Payment for my services of Request A Sketch, New House Plans and Remodeling can be made by Cheque or Transfer :

* The cost of my design services is less than a traditional architectural firm or home designer, who typically charge 3 to 5 times of the fee.

* To meet my promise to deliver fast my design services at affordable prices,I require a half payment of my fee upfront and the other half upon completion of your house design plans.

* I am committed to the high quality design work and a high level of personal attention to the clients. However,because I provide professional design services to the clients and not a product, the fees of my services including Request A Sketch, New House Plans service and Remodeling are non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

~ As part of my services, you can also make changes to your house plans during design development process.
I will e-mail you to review set during which time you can make revisions.This will give you a chance for changes some drawings before the final design plans will be shipped to you.

~ Because my architecture design service for clients nationwide, if you would like references from the other homeowners who have used my design service, I'll be happy to provide them. I will send some samples of design upon request.

~My full service design package for New House Plans and Remodeling are the standard drawings required for a building permit and construction. Once your design plans has been shipped to you and you find they require changes for a building permit, I will do it for you without additional charge.

~ My full service design package is free shipping within Indonesia zoning, for International design packages will be send via e-mail only.

~ All design package are shipped via FedEx, Cardig Express and Tiki.

~ The sketches of Request A Sketch are sent via e-mail and the original are sent via FedEx, Cardig Express and Tiki within 3 to 5 weeks of your order.

~ Custom Remodeling plans are generally sent within 6 to 8 weeks of your order depending upon the size and complexity of your project.

~ New House Plans are sent within 3 to 4 months of your order depending upon the size and complexity of your project.

~ As my committed to the high quality design work, I never sell or loan your design plans to the other homeowners or any compnies.

~ As I continuously to build my website, I would like to invite you to share your thought on what features and additional services, I will add to my website.
