The plans you will be receive of basic design service, includes :

* Cost Estimate.
If you want to start out slowly and visualize your new house plans before you submit to your local contractor, I suggest you
use basic design service first.
Once you are ready to build your house project, you can continue to full service design package including architecture
plans, interior plans, landscape plans and
architecture planning.The money you had pay for the basic service will be deducted from full service design package.

HOW TO START ?
FULL SERVICE DESIGN PACKAGE FOR NEW HOUSE PLANS
The plans you will be receive in full service design package are complete builder set plans, includes :
* FLOOR PLANS
These drawings show the placement of rooms and interior spaces,doors,windows, staircase,etc of each floor of the house in
carefully dimensions.
* EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
These drawings show the Front, Rear, Left Side and Right Side Elevation of the house and give necessary notes on exterior
materials and finishes.Particular attention is given to cornice details or plaster moulding details,brick and stone accents
or other finish that make your house unique.
* DETAILED FLOOR PLANS
These plans show the layout of each floor of the house. Rooms and interior spaces are carefully dimensioned and keys are given
for house cross-section or building section details provided later in the plans. And give more notes on floor materials used
and finishing schedule.
* HOUSE CROSS-SECTION
These drawings show sections or cut-aways of the foundations, interior walls, exterior walls, floors, stairways and roof details.
Additional cross sections also show important changes in floor, ceiling or roof heights or the relationship of one level to
another. Extremely valuable for construction,
these sections show exactly how the various parts of the house fit together.
* FOUNDATION PLANS
These plans show the foundation layout including support walls,excavated and unexcavated areas, if any and foundation notes.
If slab construction rather than basement, the plan shows footings and details for a monolithic slab. This sheet, or another
in the set, may include a sample plot plan for locating your house on building site.
As generated details of this plan, including isolated footing/pier or raft foundation details, bored pile details and
beam foundation details of every location of the plans. These plans is a part of construction drawings.
* CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
The blueprint package contains everything an experienced contractor needs to construct a particular house such as :

As a supplement details of this plan includes door details, window details,wood profile details and wood crafted details
as an ornament of the door. In this case the wood ornament will be use if custom design house is classical style.
* EXTERIOR DETAILS
These supplement details of exterior elevations which as a detailed drawings description of the work to be done and materials
to be used for other exterior such as optional stair, railing details, gate details, fences details, pilaster details, stained

* INTERIOR PLANS
These detailed drawings of each rooms of the house contains the interior layout, interior elevations, furniture set details,sections,
