Before starting on your house plans, I will confirm you what information I need and how much I will charge :
* In the first instance, you would normally to e-mail me, your name, the city and state you live in, I will then check your
local building requirement for a construction permit.
* Once I receive these informations, I will e-mail you for the confirmation cost of the fee.
* If you decide you want to move forward, you can e-mail back for further confirmation.
* When you are ready to get started using my services, I will send you a Design Order, which contains outlines the service
I provide you and asection for payment information such as Credit Card, Cheque or Transfer.
* You then need to send me the required information listed below :
FOR NEW HOUSE PLANS :
* The city and state you live in.
* The approximate size or dimensions of your project, so that I can determine the fee for my services.
* A site survey, which you will find in the closing documents that's you received when you purchased your house or location.
* Photos of your project location.
* Pictures of houses from books or magazines, if you have an options.
* A written " Wish List " that is a design program describing what features you want your new house to be include
such as rooms, room sizes and any special features.
* Hand-drawn sketches illustrating floor plans and exterior elevations, if you have options.
FOR REMODELING PLANS :
* The city and state you live in.
* The approximate size or dimensions of your house which you want to remodel, so that I can determine the fee for my
services.Existing house plans of your house that's you want to remodel.
* Hand-drawn sketch of the layout floor plan of your house that's you want to remodel or to improve, including measurements
(Optional).
* A written " Wish List " that is a design program describing what part of your house or area, you want to
remodel.

* Once I receive these informations and your confirmation, I will review it and e-mail you with any questions. I can
then started to design your house plans.
* Regarding to design development process, I will e-mail your design plans to get your approval, make any requested changes,
and then send the finished drawings to you via FedEx, Cardig Express or Tiki without additional cost.
* If you have any questions or comments during or after design process simply e-mail me and I will respond promptly.
* As part of my services, I will also answer your local contractor's initial questions during the design plans and the
construction phase of your project as a co-operation to build your project successfully.
